PreciseFP

Connect PreciseFP to Quin to automatically update client accounts, household records, and contacts after every meeting. Keep your data current without manual entry.

Quin connects to PreciseFP to keep your client records updated after every meeting. When a conversation includes information about a client, Quin logs notes and updates the relevant account, household, or contact record in PreciseFP automatically.

Before you begin

  • You must have a PreciseFP account with API access enabled
  • Your calendar must be connected to Quin so meetings can be detected

How to set it up

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Select PreciseFP
  3. Enter your PreciseFP API Key
  4. Click Connect

To find your API key, log in to PreciseFP and go to Account Settings > API Access.

Your PreciseFP integration will now appear as 'Active' in your Integrations page.

What to expect

Once connected, Quin will automatically update PreciseFP records after meetings where client information is discussed. Quin searches your existing accounts and household records to match the right contact, then logs meeting notes and updates member details based on the conversation. You can also ask Quin to look up client records or check form engagement status before or between meetings.

Troubleshooting

PreciseFP isn't updating after meetings

  • Confirm the integration shows as Active in your Integrations page
  • Check that Notetaker attended the meeting and generated a recap
  • Verify the client discussed in the meeting has a matching record in PreciseFP

Quin can't find a client record

  • Confirm the client account exists in PreciseFP and is not archived
  • Try asking Quin to search by the client's full name or email address
  • Check that your API key has permission to access account and member records

My API key isn't working

  • Confirm API access is enabled in your PreciseFP account settings
  • Make sure you copied the full key without extra spaces
  • Try generating a new API key in PreciseFP and reconnecting
