OnePage CRM
Connect OnePage CRM to Quin for automatic CRM updates, contact syncing, and meeting notes. Ask questions about contacts, create tasks, and keep your CRM current without manual data entry.
Before you begin
You need an active OnePage CRM account with permission to install integrations.
How to set it up
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Add Integration
- Select OnePage CRM from the list
- Click Connect and sign in to your OnePage CRM account
- Review the permissions Quin requests (read and write contact records)
- Click Authorize to complete the connection
Your OnePage CRM integration will now appear as connected in your Integrations page.
What to expect
After connecting OnePage CRM, Quin automatically syncs contact information between your CRM and conversations. When you mention a contact or company in chat, Quin finds the matching OnePage CRM record and updates it with your notes. You can ask Quin questions like "What did I last discuss with Sarah?" and get instant answers from your CRM without opening OnePage CRM.
Examples of what Quin does:
- If you say "Spoke to Michael Torres from Apex Solutions about the renewal," Quin finds Michael's record in OnePage CRM and adds the note
- When you ask "What did I last talk to Jennifer Lee about?" Quin pulls her latest activity from OnePage CRM
- After a meeting ends, Quin updates the contact record with meeting notes and next steps automatically
How it works
Quin keeps your OnePage CRM contacts synchronized in real-time:
Meeting notes — When Quin captures notes from a meeting, it automatically attaches them to the relevant contact records in OnePage CRM.
Contact lookups — Ask Quin about any contact by name or company, and it pulls current information from your OnePage CRM account.
Automatic updates — When you tell Quin about conversations or commitments, it updates the corresponding OnePage CRM records without manual data entry.
Task creation — Follow-up tasks and next actions you create through Quin sync to OnePage CRM as activities on the relevant contact records.
Managing the integration
To disconnect OnePage CRM:
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find the OnePage CRM integration
- Click Disconnect
- Confirm to stop syncing
Disconnecting stops all future syncing between Quin and OnePage CRM. Existing data in both systems remains unchanged.
Troubleshooting
Quin can't find a contact I know exists in OnePage CRM
- Check that the contact name or company name matches exactly in OnePage CRM
- Verify the integration is still connected in your Settings
- Try using the contact's email address instead of their name
Meeting notes aren't appearing in OnePage CRM
- Confirm the integration shows as connected in Settings > Integrations
- Check that you mentioned the contact's name or company during the conversation
- Verify you have write permissions for contacts in your OnePage CRM account
Updates appear in Quin but not in OnePage CRM
- Refresh your OnePage CRM page to see the latest changes
- Check your OnePage CRM permissions allow Quin to write to contact records
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
