All plans include access to Quin's complete feature set and unlimited users. The only difference between plans is the number of credits each user receives per month.

How to choose a plan

  1. Go to Billing & usage in your account settings
  2. Scroll to the Manage your plan section
  3. Select Monthly or Yearly billing (yearly saves 14%)
  4. Select the credit tier that fits your needs
  5. Click Subscribe now

Your new plan takes effect immediately. If you're upgrading, you'll receive prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

What to expect

After selecting a plan, you'll be redirected to complete payment through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, your account updates to reflect your new plan and credit limit. Your team members receive the new credit allocation immediately. Your next billing date appears in your billing settings.

How to switch between monthly and annual billing

Annual billing offers a 14% discount compared to monthly billing. To switch:

  1. Go to Billing & usage in your account settings
  2. In the Manage your plan section, select Yearly
  3. Confirm your current credit tier
  4. Click Subscribe now

Your billing frequency changes immediately. If switching from monthly to annual mid-cycle, you'll receive credit for unused time on your monthly plan.

1,000 credits
Best for individuals or small teams with light usage needs. Ideal if you attend fewer meetings or use Quin for specific tasks rather than all-day assistance.

2,500 credits
Best for professionals who use Quin regularly throughout their workweek. Provides enough credits for daily meeting assistance, email management, and task creation.

5,000 credits
Best for power users who rely on Quin for extensive meeting coverage, email management, and CRM automation. Ideal for sales teams, executives, or anyone in back-to-back meetings.

10,000 credits

Common questions

What happens if I run out of credits?
When you reach your credit limit, Quin stops processing new tasks until your credits reset on your next billing date. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to get more credits immediately.

Can I change my plan after subscribing?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

How is pricing calculated for teams?
Your subscription cost is calculated by multiplying the per-member rate by the number of team members on your account. For example, 6 members on the 2,500 credit plan costs $594/month ($99 × 6).

Do all team members need to be on the same plan?
Yes, all team members on your account share the same plan type. Each member receives the same credit allocation based on your selected plan.

Can I try a higher plan before committing?
Yes, you can upgrade to test a higher plan at any time. If you downgrade before your next billing cycle, you'll only be charged the prorated amount for the time you used the higher plan.
