GoTo Connect

Connect GoTo Connect to let Quin search your texts, send messages with your approval, and turn call recordings into meeting notes and follow-ups automatically.

The GoTo Connect integration connects your phone and messaging account with Quin, letting Quin search your SMS history and process call recordings into meeting notes and follow-ups. Quin can draft and send text messages on your behalf, but always asks for your approval before sending.

Before you begin

You'll need an active GoTo Connect account with call recording enabled if you want Quin to process your calls.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Locate GoTo Connect and click Connect.
  3. Sign in with your GoTo Connect account and grant access.
  4. Click Allow to finish.

Once connected, the integration shows as Active on your [Settings > Integrations] page.

What to expect

After connecting, Quin can search your SMS messages by phone number or date whenever you ask. If you ask Quin to send a text, it will draft the message and confirm with you before sending — Quin never sends an SMS without your approval. In the background, Quin also downloads your GoTo Connect call recordings after each call ends and processes them into meeting notes, key points, and summaries, the same way it handles your other meetings.

Troubleshooting

SMS messages aren't showing up when Quin searches

  • Verify the GoTo Connect integration shows as Active in Settings > Integrations.
  • Try searching with the full phone number, including area code.
  • Narrow or widen the date range if you're searching for an older conversation.

Quin didn't send a text message

  • Quin always asks for approval before sending an SMS — check for a pending confirmation it may be waiting on.
  • Confirm the integration is still connected and hasn't been revoked from the GoTo Connect side.

Call recordings aren't generating meeting notes

  • Confirm call recording is turned on in your GoTo Connect account settings.
  • Verify the GoTo Connect integration shows as Active in Settings > Integrations.
  • Allow a few minutes after the call ends — recordings are processed shortly after they're saved.
