Connect AgencyZoom to Quin and automatically update leads, log meeting notes, create tasks, and manage opportunities after every call.
Quin's AgencyZoom integration keeps your CRM updated after every meeting. When connected, Quin logs meeting notes to customer and lead records, creates follow-up tasks, and updates opportunities and quotes — without you having to touch AgencyZoom manually.
Before you begin
- You must have an active AgencyZoom account
- Your calendar must be connected to Quin (connect your calendar)
- Notetaker must be enabled in Notetaker settings
How to set it up
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Select AgencyZoom from the list of available integrations
- Enter your AgencyZoom API key when prompted
- Click Connect
You can use Guidelines to control exactly what Quin logs to AgencyZoom after meetings. Guidelines are instructions that tell Quin how to process your meetings, like "Always create a follow-up task in AgencyZoom" or "Log a note to the lead record after every call."
What to expect
After connecting AgencyZoom, Quin will automatically update your CRM after each meeting where Notetaker is active. Quin matches attendees to existing AgencyZoom customers or leads and logs meeting notes to their records. If action items come up during the meeting, Quin creates tasks in AgencyZoom with the relevant details. You can also ask Quin directly to search leads, update opportunities, manage quotes, or retrieve customer information from AgencyZoom at any time through the chat interface.
Troubleshooting
Quin isn't logging notes to AgencyZoom after meetings
- Confirm your AgencyZoom integration is connected under Settings > Integrations
- Make sure Notetaker was active for the meeting
- Check that the meeting attendee exists as a customer or lead in AgencyZoom — Quin matches by email address
Tasks aren't being created in AgencyZoom
- Review your Guidelines to confirm you have an instruction for task creation
- Confirm the action item was captured in the meeting recap
Quin can't find a customer or lead in AgencyZoom
- Verify the record exists in AgencyZoom and that their email matches what was on the meeting invite
- If the contact is new, ask Quin to create them directly via chat
My AgencyZoom connection is showing as disconnected
- Re-authenticate by returning to Settings > Integrations and reconnecting AgencyZoom
- API keys can expire or be revoked — generate a new one in your AgencyZoom account if needed
