Workflows that send you home early on Fridays

Over the past three weeks we’ve covered the setup, the meeting layer, and the relationship layer. This week is about what it feels like when all of that is running together — and we’re going to let a customer tell that part.

The Friday that changed everything

Earlier this year, Meghan Roney told us something we bring up a lot. Meghan is the managing partner of Simard & Associates Wealth Strategies in Ontario — a retirement-focused firm she’s been growing alongside her husband’s family business. She started using Quin and, within the first month, took two or three Fridays off.

“That was not a thing. Fridays were my catch-up day. Did I do all the tasks? I forgot that note this week — I’ve got to go back. Clean the whiteboard. Add things for next week. And all of a sudden I was sitting there and I was like, I don’t have to do any of that stuff this week. I went home. This is awesome.”

That’s what this series has been about. Connect your integrations and configure your Notetaker, and Quin has something real to work with.

Add the Daily Brief, and that context surfaces into your morning before your first meeting.

Layer in the relationship workflows, and the things that used to fall through the cracks start getting handled on their own. None of it is dramatic in isolation. Together, it changes the shape of your week.

We know getting started with AI can feel like a project. There are a lot of tools, a lot of opinions, and not always a clear place to begin. That’s part of why we put this series together — not to sell you on any particular feature, but to give you a frame for thinking about what’s actually possible, and a practical place to start.

One last thing to try

If you’ve been following along this month, a lot of this is already in place. Your integrations are feeding Quin context. Your Notetaker is handling the follow-through from every meeting. Your relationship workflows are watching for the things you’d otherwise miss. What’s left is usually one or two things still eating your Friday afternoon, and there’s almost always a workflow for them.

Go to the Workflows Library
There are over 40 pre-built workflows in the library, covering everything from weekly pipeline reviews to overdue task digests to monthly recaps. Browse through and see what matches your Friday list. Pick one, customize it, and let it run.

Start with one. Meghan started at the bare minimum — just dipping her toes in, she told us. The Fridays came later. That’s how this works. The system compounds. You just have to let it run.
