Google Gemini

The Google Gemini integration lets Quin send prompts to Gemini using the Generative Language API. Once connected, you can use Gemini as the AI model powering custom prompts and automated actions inside Quin.

Before you begin

• You must have a Google Cloud account with the Generative Language API enabled
• You'll need a valid Gemini API key

How to set it up

1. Go to Integrations
2. Select Google Gemini
3. Enter your Gemini API key when prompted
4. Once connected, the integration will show as Active

What to expect

Once Google Gemini is active, Quin can send prompts to Gemini and return responses within your workflows and automated actions. You can use Gemini anywhere in Quin that supports a custom AI prompt.

Troubleshooting

Gemini doesn't show as Active after connecting

• Confirm your API key is valid and has not expired
• Check that the Generative Language API is enabled in your Google Cloud project
• Re-enter your API key from the Integrations page

Quin isn't returning responses from Gemini

• Verify your Google Cloud account has sufficient API quota
• Check that the prompt is correctly configured in your Workflow or action
